Born in the UK, Erica spent her childhood in the Middle East, Asia, Europe and finally Canada. Having always had an eye for creativity, combined with technology, Erica earned a BSc (Hons) Degree in Electronic Imaging and Media Communications at the University of Bradford, England. After working in Toronto as a Graphic Designer and Manager of Online Design and Production she decided to follow her other passion - the mountains - and moved to the Bow Valley.

Erica has always chosen a life of adventure, creativity and innovation. In 2018 she became Canada’s 11th Female International Mountain Guide (IFMGA). Erica is fascinated by what the world has to offer and wants to be a part of clean tech and clean energy so that we can continue to enjoy our beautiful planet. She has been working for Innovate Canmore as their lead designer since its inception.

Erica is lucky enough to live in Canmore with her daughter Grace.
